Our completes and minces are packed in brown, recyclable boxes. Anything that doesn’t fit nicely in a box is vacuum packed and we are now using recyclable vacuum bags.
Deliveries/Collection Information
Orders for delivery must be received the day prior to the scheduled delivery day for your area. Please see our delivery schedule.
Collections can be made from our unit on Rich’s Sidings in Didcot and will be available from the date you select when you place your order. We are not open on Mondays for collections. Please note, we are a working production unit so please bear with us if we cannot get to you immediately when you arrive.
We reuse all of our insulated outer packaging where we can (which is why sometimes it isn’t as pretty as we would like!) so please bring it back with you when you come to collect your order or leave it out for us to collect when we deliver!
Subscription Orders
When you create a subscription your first delivery will be the same week as long as it is received the day prior to the scheduled delivery day for your area. Your subscription will renew on the same day as your original order was placed at the interval you have selected. Please note that if you wish to make any changes to your subscription you will need to do this before it renews. You can make any changes to your subscription in your account on the website but please be aware that you will not be able to add anything that we do not currently have in stock.
Please note, all subscription orders must meet our minimum order level of £20/8kg (frozen food). We will reject any orders for delivery which are less than £20 or contain less than 8kg of frozen food – anything less than 8kg is very difficult to keep frozen during transit.
